Attic Sterilization

Sometimes a rodent or wildlife problem in the attic can lead to a potential health hazard. The racoon’s feces for example, is one of the leading causes of round worm. Round worm eggs can survive up to 10 years in a dormant state and if touched by a human’s bare skin, that person can contract it.

Rodents have many health risks, most mentioned is Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome, Hemorrhagic Fever or Lymphocytic Chorio-meningitis. These become possible when the rodents open the duct system allowing the dust from the contaminated areas of the attic to enter the airstream into the home.

We offer a sterilization program for the attic that solves these issues.
